Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 30-A Sec. 5753
- Municipality: means a city or town, except as provided in chapter 225. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 30-A Sec. 2001
Before becoming effective, any agreement made under this subchapter must be filed with the clerk of each municipality and with the Secretary of State. [PL 1987, c. 737, Pt.
