Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 13004
- Commission: means the Real Estate Commission. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 13001
- Real estate: means all estates and lesser interests in land and an existing business if real estate is a part of the business. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 13001
No person or entity may bring or maintain any action in the courts of this State for the collection of compensation for real estate brokerage services, without first proving that the person or entity was properly licensed by the Real Estate Commission at the time the cause of action arose.
