1. Scope of license. A certified general real property appraiser license entitles the holder to appraise all types of real property.

Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 14035
- Appraiser qualifications board: means an independent board of the appraisal foundation authorized to establish the minimum education, experience and examination criteria for licensed real estate appraisers. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 14002
- Board: means the Board of Real Estate Appraisers. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 14002
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
- Real property: means one or more defined interests, benefits or rights inherent in the ownership of real estate. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 14002
2. Professional qualifications. An applicant for a certified general real property appraiser license must meet the licensing requirements established by the appraiser qualifications board. As a prerequisite to taking the examination required by section 14035?A, an applicant must meet the requirements specified in rules adopted by the appraiser qualifications board.
