The Director of the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation within the department may establish by rule fees for purposes authorized under this chapter in amounts that are reasonable and necessary for their respective purposes, except that the fee for any one purpose may not exceed $300 annually. Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 14509

  • Department: means the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 14501
  • seller: means a home repair seller who engages in the business of door-to-door solicitations or sales of home repair services who does not have, at the time of the solicitation or contract, a permanent place of business in the municipality in which the door-to-door solicitation or sale occurs.
