Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 18706
- Active duty military: means full-time duty status in the active uniformed service of the United States, including members of the National Guard and Reserves of the United States Armed Forces on active duty orders pursuant to 10 United States Code, Chapters 1209 and 1211. - Home state: means the member state that is the licensee's primary state of residence. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 18703
- Licensee: means an individual who currently holds an authorization from a state to practice as a physical therapist or to work as a physical therapist assistant. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 18703
- State: means any state, commonwealth, district or territory of the United States that regulates the practice of physical therapy. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 18703
2. Permanent change of station. Permanent change of station; or

3. Current residence. State of current residence if it is different than the permanent change of station state or home of record.
