Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 2281
- Board: means the Board of Occupational Therapy Practice established under this chapter. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 2272
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

The board shall grant a license to any person who, prior to July 25, 1984, successfully completed an examination administered by the Psychological Corporation under contract with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board if that person meets the requirements of section 2279, subsection 3.
