Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 38 Sec. 2193
- Bureau: means the Bureau of General Services within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services as authorized pursuant to Title 5, section 1742. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 38 Sec. 2101-A
- Municipality: includes cities, towns and plantations, except that "municipality" does not include plantations in Title 10, chapter 110, subchapter IV; or Title 30?A, Part 2. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 72
The bureau may set fees under this article for the host municipality at a level lower than the fees charged to other municipalities or users, as long as the lower fees are set in a manner consistent with the rules adopted by the bureau.
