Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 5 Sec. 13063-N
- Department: means the Department of Economic and Community Development. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 5 Sec. 13054
- Fund: means the Maine Microenterprise Initiative Fund established in section 13063?K. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 5 Sec. 13063-J
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 72
The department shall submit to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over business and economic development matters an update on the fund by January 1, 2001 and every year thereafter. [PL 2001, c. 471, Pt. A, §7 (NEW).]
