1. Funds available. The board may utilize available funds as follows.

- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
2. Uses. Funds may be used as follows:
A. To purchase and develop land or other real property interests for park and recreational uses; [PL 1981, c. 711, §2 (NEW).]
