Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 7 Sec. 3937
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry or the commissioner's duly authorized agent. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 7 Sec. 3907
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Person: means an individual, corporation, partnership, association or any other legal entity. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 7 Sec. 3907
Upon written complaint made to the commissioner by any person alleging violation of this chapter, or any of the rules of the chapter by any licensee, the commissioner shall cause an investigation to be made upon matters related in the complaint. [PL 1993, c. 468, §25 (AMD).]
