See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 532 Fee service: means an electronic service provided for a fee. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 532 Forest products: means logs, pulpwood, veneer, bolt wood, wood chips, stud wood, poles, pilings, biomass fuel wood, fuel wood, bark or other products commonly known as forest products, but does not include Christmas trees, maple syrup, nursery products used for ornamental purposes, wreaths, bough material, cones or other seed crops. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 12 Sec. 8881 InforME: means the system through which the State electronically provides public information, access to public information and electronic services to individuals, businesses and other entities. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 532 Insurance consultant: means a person engaged in the business of an insurance consultant as defined in Title 24?A, section 1402, subsection 4, 8 or 11. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 9-A Sec. 4-403 Insurance producer: means a person required to be licensed as an insurance producer as defined in Title 24?A, section 1402, subsection 5. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 9-A Sec. 4-403 Insurance product: means a contract of insurance that is offered for sale by an insurance producer employed by or affiliated with a supervised lender. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 9-A Sec. 4-403 Landowner: means a person, company or other entity that holds title to land, including joint owners or tenants in common. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 12 Sec. 8881 Legislative session: That part of a chamber's daily session in which it considers legislative business (bills, resolutions, and actions related thereto). Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt. Network manager: means the person under contract to carry out the duties described in section 535. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 532 Open-end credit: A credit agreement (typically a credit card) that allows a customer to borrow against a preapproved credit line when purchasing goods and services. The borrower is only billed for the amount that is actually borrowed plus any interest due. (Also called a charge account or revolving credit.)
