- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The Board also may obtain criminal records under § 33-1404 of this subtitle on the stockholders holding at least a 10% interest in the corporation.
