Person: includes an individual, receiver, trustee, guardian, personal representative, fiduciary, representative of any kind, corporation, partnership, business trust, statutory trust, limited liability company, firm, association, or other nongovernmental entity. See

(a) A retail dealer may not extend credit to a customer.

(b) A suit may not be maintained by a retail dealer against a person for alcoholic beverages that have been sold on credit.
