- County: means a county of the State or Baltimore City. See
- Person: includes an individual, receiver, trustee, guardian, personal representative, fiduciary, representative of any kind, corporation, partnership, business trust, statutory trust, limited liability company, firm, association, or other nongovernmental entity. See
Whenever a person sells cigarettes at retail in a county, the person must have a county license for:
(1) each place of business; and
(2) each vending machine, if the applicant sells cigarettes through a vending machine.
