- Chief judge: The judge who has primary responsibility for the administration of a court but also decides cases; chief judges are determined by seniority.
The Secretary and the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals may develop procedures consistent with this subtitle to share criminal history record information with federal criminal justice units and criminal justice units of other states and countries.
