- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Person: includes an individual, receiver, trustee, guardian, personal representative, fiduciary, representative of any kind, corporation, partnership, business trust, statutory trust, limited liability company, firm, association, or other nongovernmental entity. See
A person may not:
(1) conceal the existence of a notoriety of crimes contract; or
(2) except as otherwise provided in Part II of this subtitle, make or receive payments under a notoriety of crimes contract.
