  • state: means :

    (1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

    (2) the District of Columbia. See
Nothing in this subtitle repeals, amends, or otherwise affects any other law of the State or its political subdivisions relating to the underground storage of gas or the pollution of underground waters.
