Terms Used In Maryland Code, INSURANCE 15-1214

  • state: means :

    (1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

    (2) the District of Columbia. See
Notwithstanding any other provision of this subtitle, health benefit plans shall reimburse hospitals in accordance with rates approved by the State Health Services Cost Review Commission.
