  • Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
  • state: means :

    (1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

    (2) the District of Columbia. See
The Commissioner shall request the Secretary of State Police to assign one or more State Police officers to work in coordination with the Fraud Division.
