- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
- Testify: Answer questions in court.
(a) The Board and its counsel each may:
(1) administer oaths; and
(2) issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to testify or to produce other evidence.
(b) A subpoena issued under this section may be enforced judicially.
