Terms Used In Maryland Code, TRANSPORTATION 11-150

  • state: means :

    (1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

    (2) the District of Columbia. See
“Revoke”, as used in reference to any license to drive a vehicle, means to terminate, by formal action of the Administration, an individual’s license to drive a motor vehicle on highways in this State.
