Terms Used In Maryland Code, TRANSPORTATION 5-106

  • County: means a county of the State or Baltimore City. See
  • state: means :

    (1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

    (2) the District of Columbia. See
Notwithstanding any other provision of State or local law, the establishment of a commercial use airport in the sixth election district of Queen Anne’s County is prohibited.
