County: means a county of the State or Baltimore City. See
Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Court” means the circuit court for any county.

(d) “Plat” means a plat or a map.
