Section 60B. Any person who is at least twenty-one years of age and of good moral character may apply to the board for registration.
Every applicant for registration as an architect shall pay to the board, upon filing his original application or an additional application, a fee to be determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven. Every applicant for registration by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, who is required by said council to submit to a standard junior or senior examination to be conducted by the board, shall pay to the board a fee as determined under the aforementioned provision.
