Section 81. An operator’s license may be suspended or revoked for cause at any time by an inspector; but the person whose license is so suspended or revoked may appeal to the commissioner of the division of occupational licensure, whose decision in the matter shall be final.

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
