Section 2. Sections four through eight D, ten, eleven, twelve, twelve A, thirteen, fourteen, sixteen, sixteen A, seventeen, seventeen A, eighteen, nineteen, twenty-one through twenty-five, thirty-three, seventy-eight through eight-four, ninety-two, ninety-three, ninety-four, ninety-six, ninety-eight, ninety-nine, one hundred and one, one hundred and two A, one hundred and two B and one hundred and twenty-eight of chapter one hundred and sixty-four shall include and apply to all such corporations and companies, provided that nothing in section five A or section six of said chapter shall require the inclusion of the words ”electric company” or ”gas company” in the name of any such corporation or company.
