Section 114. A company organized under the eleventh clause of section forty-seven or under earlier laws relating to such companies shall not be subject to this chapter, except this section and sections three A, four, six, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen A, twenty-two, twenty-five, twenty-six, thirty, thirty-two, thirty-three, forty-four, forty-seven to forty-nine, inclusive, fifty-seven to sixty-one, inclusive, sixty-nine to seventy-two, inclusive, one hundred and sixteen, one hundred and seventy-eight to one hundred and eighty A, inclusive, one hundred and eighty-nine, one hundred and ninety-three A and one hundred and ninety-four, and the first paragraph, so far as applicable to the title guaranty fund, and the third paragraph, of section sixty-two. Such company may transact all the kinds of business specified in said eleventh clause.
