Section 87. At any time after final judgment or decree in favor of the defendant, or other disposition in the manner specified in section sixteen of chapter one hundred and eighty-four, of any case where a memorandum has been registered as provided in the preceding section, a certificate of the clerk, stating the manner of disposal thereof, as provided in said section sixteen, shall be entitled to registration.
