Section 44. If it appears to the satisfaction of the court that an attorney whose appearance has been entered in any suit has in connection therewith violated the preceding section, such attorney may in the discretion of the court be disqualified from further acting in said suit, and the court may make an order for continuance, or for another and speedy trial, or such other order for the protection of the interests of the parties, as justice may require, and may deny the right to collect costs wholly or in part to any party to the suit.
