Terms Used In Massachusetts General Laws ch. 23B sec. 14
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Section 14. Any corporation, with respect to any business facility which it owns or operates and which meets the requirements of section thirteen may file with the bureau an application for a certificate that such facility is an eligible business facility. Such application shall be in such form and shall contain such information, exhibits and supporting data as the bureau may prescribe.
