Section 44. If the chancellor of the Worcester campus becomes responsible either by agreement or legislative action for appointing two or more trustees to a board of trustees of a corporation receiving assets from the clinical operations of the Worcester campus and maintaining an affiliation with said campus, the chancellor may appoint the elected student representative of the Worcester campus pursuant to section 1A as one of said trustees.

- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
