Section 194B. Whoever labels or offers for sale any food fish product designated as ”halibut”, with or without additional descriptive words, which is not of the species Hippoglossus Hippoglossus or Hippoglossus Stenolepsis shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months.
