Section 295V. If any provision of sections two hundred and ninety-five P to two hundred and ninety-five W, inclusive, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid, the remainder of said section or the application of such provision to person or circumstance other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
