Terms Used In Michigan Laws 125.1453
- Authority: means the Michigan state housing development authority created in this act. See Michigan Laws 125.1411
- rental: means all regular charges paid on a periodic basis to a housing corporation by a person or family living in a rental or cooperative housing project, excluding initial down payments. See Michigan Laws 125.1451
For purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the authority shall establish criteria and procedures for determining the eligibility of occupants and rental or carrying charges, including criteria and procedures with respect to periodic review of occupant incomes and periodic adjustment of rental or carrying charges.
