Terms Used In Michigan Laws 125.2024
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Fund: means the Michigan strategic fund created under section 5, except where the context clearly requires a different definition. See Michigan Laws 125.2004
The fund, in its discretion, may contract with others, public or private, for the provision of all or a portion of the services necessary for the management and operation of the fund.
