Terms Used In Michigan Laws 125.2310
- Commission: means the manufactured housing commission. See Michigan Laws 125.2302
- Department: means the department of licensing and regulatory affairs, except as follows:
(i) Department means the department of state in all of the following circumstances:
(A) As used in section 5(1) with respect to rules promulgated under section 5(1)(h). See Michigan Laws 125.2302Person: means an individual, partnership, association, trust, or corporation, or any other legal entity or combination of legal entities. See Michigan Laws 125.2302 seal: shall be construed to include any of the following:
(a) The impression of the seal on the paper alone. See Michigan Laws 8.3n
Upon request and at reasonable charges as the commission prescribes, the department shall furnish to a person a reproduction pursuant to the records media act, certified under the seal of office if requested, of a document that is retained as a matter of public record, except that the department shall not charge or collect a fee for a reproduction of a document furnished to a public official for use in his or her official capacity.
