Terms Used In Michigan Laws 15.708
- Department: means the department of state. See Michigan Laws 15.703
- Public officer: means all of the following:
(i) A state representative. See Michigan Laws 15.703Report: means the financial disclosure report required under section 10 of article IV of the state constitution of 1963. See Michigan Laws 15.703
A public officer who is not reelected or seeking reelection to public office must report to the department within 10 days after entering into any agreement or arrangement described in section 7(1)(k) the date, identity of the parties to, and the general terms of any agreement or arrangement with respect to future employment that the public officer is to begin within 1 year after the end of the public officer’s term of office.
