The department of economic expansion created under Act No. 116 of the Public Acts of 1963, being section 125.1201 to 125.1208 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is transferred by a type II transfer to the department of commerce, except for those powers, duties and functions transferred to the executive office of the governor by section 13.
