Terms Used In Michigan Laws 16.410
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. The state board for public community and junior colleges created under Act No. 193 of the Public Acts of 1964, being section 390.911 to 390.916 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is transferred by a type I transfer to the board of education.
