Terms Used In Michigan Laws 168.22c

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
     A member of the board of state canvassers shall be a qualified and registered elector of this state. Before taking office, a member of the board of state canvassers shall take and subscribe to the constitutional oath of office prescribed in section 1 of article XI of the state constitution of 1963.
