Terms Used In Michigan Laws 206.10
- Administratrix: The female counterpart of an administrator. See also
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
- Executrix: The female counterpart of an executor. See also
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. - Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
“Fiduciary” means a guardian, trustee, executor, administrator, executrix, administratrix, receiver, conservator, or any person acting in any fiduciary capacity, whether or not a resident of this state.
