The governor shall report an estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions granted pursuant to Act No. 198 of the Public Acts of 1970, as amended, being section 141.801 to 141.837 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The estimate shall include revenue foregone by any deductions or credits granted under the act.
