The governor shall report an estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions granted pursuant to Act No. 205 of the Public Acts of 1939, as amended, being section 431.101 to 431.126 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The estimate shall include revenue foregone by any deductions or credits granted under the act.
