Terms Used In Michigan Laws 213.22
- Intangible property: Property that has no intrinsic value, but is merely the evidence of value such as stock certificates, bonds, and promissory notes.
The term “private property” as herein used shall include lands, tenements, hereditaments and tangible and intangible property whether real, personal or mixed.
