The commission by an affirmative vote of a majority of its members may adopt bylaws pertaining to the following:
(a) Any aspect of the commission’s organization and internal management not otherwise prescribed by law.

- Commission: means the state transportation commission. See Michigan Laws 247.801
- Director: means the director of transportation. See Michigan Laws 247.801
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
(b) The administration of oaths.
(c) The posting of bond by the director or a subordinate in the amount the commission determines to be reasonable and proper, the premium to be paid from the state transportation fund.
