- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. The secretary of state is hereby authorized and directed to distribute to the probate courts herein named such of said reports as are now owned by the state and available for the purpose of this act and to procure and distribute within 90 days after the passage of this act so many of said reports mentionedin section 1 of this act as can be procured within that time.
