- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. (1) The department shall file a written report not later than April 1 of each year with the secretary of the senate and the clerk of the house of representatives using the information obtained under section 2 identifying trends in methamphetamine manufacture, use, and distribution in this state and making recommendations to the legislature regarding possible solutions to those problems.
(2) The department shall make a copy of the report filed under subsection (1) available to the public on the department’s website.
