- Commission: means the Michigan bean commission. See Michigan Laws 290.551
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
The state department of agriculture or its agents shall enforce this act. The commission shall reimburse the department for costs incurred by the department in such enforcement. Such funds received by the department are hereby appropriated for the department’s use.
