Michigan Laws 324.11302 – Landfill maintenance trust fund; creation; separate fund; revenue

(1) There is hereby created the landfill maintenance trust fund. The fund shall be established as a separate fund in the department of treasury.

(2) The fund shall receive as revenue money from any source not to exceed $500,000.00, as appropriated by the legislature.

Department: means the director of the department of natural resources or his or her designee to whom the director delegates a power or duty by written instrument. See Michigan Laws 324.301
Fund: means the landfill maintenance trust fund created in section 11302 . See Michigan Laws 324.11301
