Terms Used In Michigan Laws 324.79506
- Commission: means the Michigan jobs commission. See Michigan Laws 324.79501
- Department: means the department of environmental quality. See Michigan Laws 324.79501
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. The department, with the approval of the commission, shall issue grants under this part for projects that the department determines meet the requirements of this part and will contribute to the revitalization of waterfronts throughout the state that are not being used in a manner that maximizes economic and public value.
